He began learning architectural and mechanical drafting at age 13.
With many family members in the construction and engineering industry, Troy Turley learned early in life that hard work and a strong team effort could literally change the world around him.
From his family’s influence, Troy started drafting at the age of 13 and he gained an appreciation for a good set of blueprints. It soon became clear that with his creativity and drive to solve complex problems, Troy was suited for building components and mathematics, which naturally led him to study Engineering at the University of Arizona.
Troy joined the Caruso Turley Scott team where his leadership, engineering achievements, and talents elevated him to the position of firm partner in 2016.
Personal: An Arizona native, I am blessed with an incredible family. We enjoy travel, camping, and being outdoors, local theatre, grilling by the pool, game night, and taking a stroll with our dog Max.
