David Troxell is a structural engineer with extensive experience, and he was promoted to Senior Principal at Caruso Turley Scott in 2022.
David enjoys working on projects of all sizes, “There is a complexity to each individual project, no matter the size, that requires problem solving and unique solutions”. With over 20 years of structural engineering experience, his favorite projects include: The Salvation Army Kroc Center, Marina Heights mixed-use development, large custom homes, and numerous large multi-family apartment communities.
David is also a Structures Specialist for Arizona Task Force One, a DHS/FEMA Urban Search & Rescue task force that was deployed for Hurricane Harvey and Hurricane Irma in 2017. He is the Chairman of the local Structural Engineers Association of Arizona (SEAoA) Structural Engineering Emergency Response Committee (SEER), and a regional representative of the National Council of Structural Engineers (NCSEA) SEER Committee.
Personal: I enjoy spending time with family and coaching my children’s sports teams.
