Brady grew up in a small town of 1,000 people in north central North Dakota where he enjoyed playing sports and working at his Dad’s car dealership. After graduation, Brady spent a year working for McGough Construction who was building a 7-story hospital and clinic located in Fargo. This work experience taught him a lot about the construction process and helped confirm his career path as an engineer.
