Luhrs City Center Marriott Hotel

The Luhrs City Center Marriott is an $80 million 19-story high-rise hotel located on Phoenix’s original town site in the heart of downtown developed and owned by Hansji Corporation.

The hotel features dual brands in one tower; Residence Inn Marriott and Courtyard Marriott. There are a total of 315 rooms, with the lower 115 rooms being dedicated to the Courtyard brand, and the remaining uppermost rooms for the Residence Inn.

Hansji Corporation purchased the historic Luhrs block in 2007 for $28.0 million which included the following landmark buildings:
