Ranked at one of the top five hospitals in Phoenix, and as one of the largest and most comprehensive facilities in Arizona, Banner Desert Medical Center serves the East Valley of metropolitan Phoenix and treats the highest levels of acuity.

To meet demand, the Medical Center embarked on a major expansion which involved a new Surgery Center, a much-needed LDRP Expansion and a new Patient Tower. The creation of a Patient Tower, which houses the Endoscopy, Out-Patient Surgery, Lab, Patient Admissions Testing, the Pediatric Care Center and the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit, was designed with patient and family comfort and ease of access for healthcare staff as a top priority.
