Carvana Car Vending Machine

The Valley of the Sun boasts one of the hottest car buying experiences in the country! Carvana has a brand-new 9-story Car Vending Machine in Tempe, Arizona. The vending machine process is designed to take about 10 minutes, which is the same amount of time Carvana says it takes to buy a car online.

To pick-up a purchased vehicle, the customer simply drops their commemorative coin into the Machine’s coin slot, which then illuminates the coin receptacle and prompts audio and visual signals to the customer that the Vending Machine’s automated vehicle delivery system is coming to life. While the customer watches, the Vending Machine then retrieves the vehicle from the 90-foot tall steel and glass tower and places it on a track, which moves the car through the machine and delivers it to one of four delivery bays. The vehicle bay then opens and the customer is invited in to take possession of their car.  The customer then has seven days to drive the car around town before ultimately deciding if the vehicle is right for them.
